Established in its present location since 1992 with the aim of creating a "one stop" centre where anyone could receive guidance, advice and information to assist on the provision, promotion and maintenance of independence and self-sufficiency whilst preserving dignity and privacy. Options Plus provides a public service, its aim is to serve, please and satisfy. The ultimate goal being to sustain an optimum level of life quality.
Options Plus offers unbiased advice and assessment, our aim is to assess your needs and advise on appropriate equipment or services. We are not influenced or affected by any commercial agency and do not sell products directly. Our only interest is your welfare and well-being.
Options Plus does not rest on its laurels and constantly seeks to improve! However we are not boundless and there are limitations. But be assured we will do our very best to ensure that your needs are met. Please note that you need to make an appointment before you visit to ensure there is a suitable qualified member of staff to assist you.
In the event that your problem is beyond our means and we are unable to help directly, we will endeavour to signpost or refer you to an appropriate agency or organisation.
